If this will be your first custom foam order, a new die may be needed — particularly if your insert requires specific shapes or a unique size. For these orders, the standard lead time is 15 business days. The typical lead time is 10 working days for subsequent orders because we’ll already have your die available, subject to the size of the order and the associated labor time.
