If this is your first custom foam order, a new die may be required, particularly for inserts with unique shapes or custom sizes. The standard lead time for all custom foam orders—both new and repeat—is 15 business days. This ensures consistent scheduling and adequate time for production, regardless of whether an existing die is already available.
