Materials

Polyurethane

An extremely versatile material, found in couches, chair cushions, automotive interiors and packaging.

Reticulated Polyurethane

Low odor and resistant to mildew, this porous material is ideal for filters and cosmetic applicators.

Polyethylene

A firmer foam known for its use in pool toys, it is ideal for packaging to transport goods from manufacturer to suppliers and end users.

Cross-Linked Polyethylene

A durable foam, it is used for medical packaging, case inserts, lining sports equipment and a wide variety of other applications. This material is particularly suitable to protect Class A surfaces while being transported.

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS)

This beaded foam is often used to make coolers and disposable cups.  Our typical applications are insulation-driven, such as products that ship with cold packs, as well as lower cost packaging configurations.

Pressure-Sensitive Adhesives (PSA)

A dry adhesive used for bonding various materials together, it removes the need for screws or drilling holes while providing a protective seal.

Corrugated Plastic

An extruded material that looks like corrugated cardboard, it may be thin, but offers strong structural support. It is most often used in packaging solutions for industrial and automotive applications.

Anti-Static Foam

Made especially for the electronics industry, this material scatters the electro-static discharge created by electronics being in the same package, helping to minimize damage to internal parts.
